Q. How can I pay for my photographs?
A. You can pay via credit card - Online Only (Through Paypal - No Paypal account needed), cheque (Spencer Brown Photography Ltd) or cash. Please note: Use the correct payment value as we do not give change.
Q. I have lost my proof cards, can I still order my children's images?
A. Yes, please contact us to discuss further.
Q. The deadline for my School Photograph has passed, can I still order?
A. Yes, we can still process your order online. Please visit our online sales section and enter your proof number and school ID. (All late orders will be charged delivery to your preferred destination).
Q. How long does Spencer Brown Photography Ltd keep my School photos for?
A. All our images are stored for around 18 months.
Q. I have already received my order and they are fantastic! Can I order more photos?
A. Yes, You can re-order online. Please visit our online sales section and enter your proof number and school ID. (All Re-orders will be charged delivery to your preferred destination).
Q. How long will it take to receive my photograph order through the School?
A. It usually takes 21 days after the School deadline date on your proof card but we endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible.
Q. How long will it take to receive my photograph order if I order using your online system?
A. It usually takes between 7 to 21 days after point of order online but we endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible. (Please note orders processed after your schools deadline date can take 21 to 35 days).
Q. Can I have more than one image (2 or 3 different images) in a photo package?
A. You can only mix images in the following packages - Dual Pack, Tri Pack, Email download, CD, Twin Pack and Family package.
Q. Can you do a special offer on my photos?
A. No, All our prices are set so that we can give you the greatest value possible. We are unable to offer any other package or print other than those available on our order forms or online.
Q. Who owns the ©Copyright on my images?
A. Spencer Brown Photography Ltd retains the copyright on all photographs taken, printed and supplied. Photographs may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form without written permission from our Director, Spencer Brown
Q. Can anyone purchase my child/s school images?
A. All online images are password protected to ensure only parents/guardians have access to viewing and purchasing. Parents/Guardians can provide this password to close family members at their own discretion. Our image release policy does not allow the purchase of images, high res CD's or image downloads by any unrelated third party.
Q. I have purchased High Res CD/USB of my images what can I use it for?
A. With your CD/USB, you may manage and use the image files to produce prints for your family and friends, for personal use only within that group of people. Examples of allowed uses include but are not limited to the following;
• Family Photographs – Photographic Prints, Canvases etc.
• Family Photograph Albums/Family Photo Books/Family Calendars etc
You do not have permission to make copies for sale or for the purpose of circumventing sale of the images by the photographer, nor will you authorise any reproductions of the images for commercial use or financial gain.
Prohibited uses of these image files include reproduction for advertising or other promotional use. Examples include but are not limited to the following;
• Business cards;
• Promotional flyers;
• Brochures/leaflets ;
• Websites; and
• General advertising.
Q. I have purchased High Res CD/USB How large can I print it?
A.This depends on the photographic lab you use (We take no responsibility for final print quality and finish of other labs/printers). To get the best image from your file I would recommend using professional Large format photo Labs. (You should be able to get up to a 18x12 inch photographic product from your high res images).
Q. I have purchased an email downloaded (digital image) from the online sales platform how large can I print it?
A.This depends on the photographic lab you use (We take no responsibility for final print quality and finish of other labs/printers). To get the best image from your file I would recommend using professional Large format photo Labs. (You should be able to get up to a 18x12 inch photographic product from your high res images). Please note you have 30 days to download and backup your email download.
Q. I have received my final print order and it has been damaged in transit, what should I do?
A. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your photo order to discuss the problem. We would recommend sending your photos back to your School so that we can collect and check the issue you are having.
Q. I think a photo may be missing from my order - what do I do?
A. Please check your photo packages leaflet that your ordered from or our online sales section and enter your proof number and school ID to see if your packages are correct. If you still believe a product is missing please contact us within 7 days as we keep records of all the images that have been printed.
